1) Scope of the service

pipevertexhq.com LLC provides intercity chauffeur transfer services (including booking, coordination, and transfer organization) for trips within Ukraine.

2) Booking and contract formation

• You submit a booking request through the website.
• After we confirm availability, the booking becomes binding between you and the provider.
• We may coordinate the trip by email/phone. You must provide accurate details (pickup point, date/time, passenger count, contact details).

3) Pricing model and what is included

Prices are shown for the selected trip parameters. Unless otherwise stated, the price typically includes the chauffeur service and vehicle for the agreed route and time window.

Additional fees may apply for items such as waiting time beyond the agreed window, special route requests, or extra passenger/luggage requirements (if applicable and agreed during confirmation).

4) Availability, coordination, and limitations

• We coordinate drivers and vehicles to meet your confirmed booking details, but real-world traffic and operational constraints may affect exact arrival timing.
• If the pickup location or time changes, you must inform us promptly. We will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
• If circumstances beyond our reasonable control occur (including force majeure), fulfillment may be delayed or adjusted.

5) Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the timing of your request relative to the pickup time. Where a refund applies, we will process it in accordance with your booking confirmation and applicable consumer rights rules under Ukrainian law.

8) Personal data processing

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our breach, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under Ukrainian law.
